Refund policy

Please note that we may offer a corresponding cancellation policy or solution to customer's inquiries based on the different product categories.Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund, except for customized products.

For customized items, if you decide to cancel a customized item after we have already in production process before you receive it, please note that the customization fee will not be refunded.

Refunds
We will notify you let you know if the refund was approved or not according to our process. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
