1. How long is your production lead time?
The total time a customer will wait for their order to arrive depends on how long it takes for each of these steps to be completed.
Total Delivery Time is the sum of three components Order Processing Time, Production Time, Shipping Time. For the products in stock,order processing time would be 3-5 workdays,shipping time is according to different shipment ways.Please take the shipment company time as reference.
For the customized products, production time is around 60-90days, if hurry order, please contact us ASAP.shipping time is according to different shipment ways.Please take the shipment company time as reference.
2. Do you include delivery and installation?
We do not include delivery/installation by default, as our prices are factory-direct and exclude shipment.
Most of our ornaments and furnitures are integrated as single piece，easy to use directly.We encourage you to reach out with any questions, concerns, or feedback, as our dedicated team is always eager to assist you.
3. What should I do if I want to cancel the order after payment?
Please note that we may offer a corresponding cancellation policy or solution to customer's inquiries based on the different product categories.Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund, except for customized products.
